About Us
TPMA was founded in June of 2000 by a group of well-renowned paint companies and with over 60 active members, the Thai Paint Manufacturers Association represents member in the industry to share vision, information, and cooperation with government institutions to develop and enhance standards and quality of the coating industry in Thailand.
With recent impacts of the Free Trade Area (FTA) agreement, TPMA has been working hand-in-hand with the Thai government to place paint and other coating products on a sensitive list which gives local members a chance to strengthen competitiveness across the board and at the same time, prepare for potentially threatening effects of globalization and borderless trade.
Safety and environmental issues are at the forefront. That?s why TPMA encourages its members to pay more attention to Thai and European government regulations. TPMA has taken the initiative by delegating representatives to participate in various international conferences regarding these sensitive matters and have arranged local seminars to help educate members for consistent standards across the board.
TPMA is also socially responsible and highly involved in supporting the development of the society in which we operate. For the past 7 years, monetary, paint and coating donations were made to help the suffering of flooding and Tsunami victims. Other fundraising activities include contributions to mark the auspicious to mark the auspicious occasion the 60th Anniversary of HM. The King?s, Accession to the Throne.
TPMA would like to invite all paint manufacturers in joining our efforts to help promote awareness and strengthen the paint and coating industry in Thailand for the future.
